  • 1:00pm- 1/2 can coconut milk, large salad, 1/2 avocado, 1 can salmon, 2 oz. 70% dark chocolate
  • 5:30pm-Nuts, coffee
  • 8:00pm- 8oz. lamb, 1 cup mixed veggies, 2 shrimp, 16 oz. chocolate milk, small salad w/ avocado

Saturday-4/3/2010
  • 6:15am- Coffee, apple
  • 7:45am- 2 scoops accelerade, 1 scoop whey
  • 9:30am- paleokit,1/2 avocado
  • 12:00pm- omelet, 3 strips bacon, 1/2 cup nuts
  • 5:00pm-16oz. chocolate milk, 1 can salmon, 1/2 avocado
  • 8:00pm- 8oz. strip steak, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1 cup guacamole

Friday- 4/2/2010

  • 9:15 am- Coffee, Paleokit
  • 11:30 am- Salad w/ grilled chicken and avocado
  • 3:30 pm 16 oz. chocolate milk
  • 5:30 pm- 1 can salmon, 8 oz. chicken breast with spinach and sauteed mushrooms
  • 11:00 pm- Paleokit, nuts, 2 oz. dark chocolate

Thursday- 4/01/2010

  • 6:15 am- Coffee, apple
  • 8:00 am- 12 oz. chocolate milk, Omelet (3egg whites/3whole eggs Free Range) w/ mixed veggies and salsa
  • 10:30 am- Paleokit
  • 1:30 pm- 10 oz. grilled chicken breast, 1/2 avocado, 2/3 cup brussels sprouts.
  • 5:30 pm- 16 oz. chocolate milk
  • 8:00 pm- ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI

Lunch: 10 oz. chicken lemon grilled chicken breast, 1/2 med. avocado, 2/3 cup brussels sprouts



Wednesday- 3/31/2010
  • 7:30 am-Omelet w/ Salsa, small pack of almonds/cashews
  • 10:30 am-coffee, Paleokit
  • 1:30 pm- large mixed salad, 8oz. chicken breast, 1/2 med avocado
Lunch: mixed salad with grilled chicken and olive oil/balsamic vinegar.
I buy my avocado from a fruit stand for a dollar, then cut it up into my salad. Most deli's that make your salad will charge $1.50 for a couple of pieces.  Be smart, bring your own!

7:30 pm- 2 scoops Accelerade, 1 scoop whey protein, Cashew Lara Bar, 1 oz. bittersweet chocolate
9:00pm- 10 oz. pork chop, side salad with avocado and olive oil, 3/4 cup brussel sprouts



Tuesday- 3/30/2010
  • 6:30 am-Coffee
  • 7:30 am-Post Workout- 2 scoops Accelerade, 1 scoop whey protein, medium yam
  • 8:15 am-Omelet (Free range 3egg whites/3whole eggs) w/ mixed veggies and salsa
  • 11:00 pm- Paleokit 
  • 1:00 pm-8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup carrots/celery, 8oz. coconut milk
  • Dinner: 8oz. salmon (paleo mayo and caper dressing), 1cup mixed broccili rabe and red chard (not pictured medium sweet potato and large salad with avocado and olive oil)

Monday- 3/29/2010
  • 6:15 am-Breakfast-Orange, Coffee
  • 8:30 am-Post Workout- 2 scoops Accelerade, 1 scoop whey protein, medium yam
  • 9:00am-Paleokit
  • 1:00 pm- 12 oz. prime rib, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 avocado
  • 7:00 pm-2 scoop accelerade, 1/2 scoop whey
  • 7:30 pm- 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup celery, large salad, 1/4 avocado, 10 oz. chicken breast., 8oz. coconut milk
