20min work, paced to keep HR below 140 BPM:
10 Box Jumps 30"
1min Wtd. Side Plank (L)
10 OH MB Throws
10 Hurdle Jumps
1min Wtd. Side Plank (R)
10 MB Reverse Tosses
Hollow Hold-accumulate 3min

Notes: Energy stunk today and didn't really want to train.  Once I got into it though I felt good.  Side planks seem to be getting a bit stronger.  Hollow holds sucked.  BAD.
