In time remaining: Max Cal Row Cals: 28 Notes: This is becoming a common theme having Sunday be an amber day. I don't necessarily think its from Saturday night but rather Friday evening into Saturday morning that is effecting me. Then it ruminates on Sunday's score. Backed off the volume a bunch (was supposed to be 10min, 10rounds cindy + row, then 5k run). I was absolutely exhausted the entire day so I over ate and got some r and r.
