Training:
400's @
70% rest 2min (1:24)
80% rest 4min (1:16)
90% rest 6min(1:08)
75% rest 2min (1:22)
85% rest 4min (1:12)
95% rest 6min (1:05)

Notes: Pacing was good today. Felt I could hold a high intensity for the whole 400m. Need to be able to hit the "go" button like that during shorter workouts and not fear the burn-out. Last 400m got me.
