Notes: Short turnaround from the AM training due to scheduling constraints. Missed 165 three times before hitting it and completing the reps. My receiving position was just off today, but I was pleased with the first and second pulls. Couldn't get the bar back far enough and my butt was shooting back. CNS fried from early lactate work + triceps fatigue.
