Training: 3/23/2010

Training:
3x2k Row (10min rest)
Times: 7:23, 7:18, 7:21

Notes: This was not very fun. My back was surprisingly good during the workout. However, my glutes, quads, and hamstrings are a bit sore from yesterday. Despite the soreness, I was able to pull some descent numbers. Gotta get a good stretch in and recover completely today.
