Sectional WOD #1 Practice:
30 double unders
15 Ground to overhead (75#)
Total: 6 Rounds + 30 Double unders
Notes: Forearms were cooked early during this workout. I am switching jump ropes late in the game to see if I can save the grip. I am going to try and get 5 rounds in under 6 minutes, then hold on as best as I can from there. I would be happy with 7 Rounds + Double Unders, but realistically, I think 7 rounds + is what I will leave with.
