Notes: Felt strong today. After a couple days off I am back to full strength. Clean felt strong was focusing on fast elbows. Still need to push back into bar on receiving. I will try to focus on flexing my glutes upon receiving the bar. PR on press today. No troubles with thrusters today, was staying upright and in heels.
