A. Back Squat: 10x3 @ 20x0; 2min rest (255#)
B. BB Alt Lunges: 3x20 @ 2010; 90sec rest (95#,115#, 125#)
C1. Banded GH Raises: 4x8-10 @ 2020 (purple band) 8 reps on each; 60sec rest
C2. Toes to bar: 4x15; 60sec rest
