Training: 12/8/2010

Workout:
5x275m sprint (97%-100%); 2min rests
rest 10min (handstand practice during that time)
5x275m sprint (97%-100%); 2min rests

Results: (48,48.9,50.8,52.8,58)----No warmup, just burped and went. This an extremely stupid stradegy for row sprints, for me at least

Quads were fried!
