Workout:
A. AMRAP Sets of 5 reps of BWT (male) and 3/4 BWT (female) OHS in 12 minutes
rest 20 min
B. AMRAP Sets of 1 rep of 1/2 BWT (male) and 1/3 BWT (female) Weighted Chin Up in 6 minutes
rest 10 min
C. AMRAP shoulder to overhead - 155#/105# in 3 minutes
