Training: 9/16/2010

Workout:
A. Muscle Snatch - 3 x 3; rest 3 min (75#,95#,105#)
B. Front Squat @ 30X0: 1,1,1; rest 5 min(235#,255#FAIL,255# GREAT SUCCESS!)
C. 20 unbroken chin ups; rest 2 min x 6 (Last set 10C2B,10 regular)
Notes: Palms are pretty thrashed. Gonna need some neosporin!


Why did they stop making movies like these........??????
