Notes: Did this Sunday. This running workout was terrible! Forces you to go all out every time. Not to mention that the entire workout took 1:10 minutes. Just what I needed though. Some high intensity work, allowing me to go all out continuously. The technique work the day before definitely paid dividends because my lower back felt great during the workout. Should not have had the dark chocolate with espresso beans before hand...HEART BURN!!!!
