WOD: 6/16/2010

6 Rounds:

Rest 3 min
1 min max reps bench press (135#)
Rest 1 min

Round1:351m/33 reps
Round2:309m/22 reps + 6 Push-ups
Round3:310m/47 Push-ups

Notes: I have changed up my training ideas a little bit. This workout was designed to push anaerobic threshold, not just going at a low intensity for longer lengths of time. I burned out on the bench after about 30 reps, and to keep going I decided to switch to push-ups so that I could go hard for 60 seconds.
