WOD: 5/21/2010

I am continuing my week off from Crossfit Endurance. Monday I think I will start back up again.

WOD:
Tabata:

*8 intervals at each station 20 on 10 off*

Deadlifts 95lbs

Box Jumps 24′

Burpees

25lb dumbell Push Press

TOTAL: 51 (total is calculated by combining the least amount of reps performed at each station)
Rest 5 minutes

3x3 Split Jerks (155#,175#,185#)
