WOD: 4/30/2010

WOD:
Panda vs. Cricket Challenge


5 Rounds for Time:
5 Handstand Push-ups
50 Double Unders
15 GHD Sit-ups
10 Burpees
5 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do the challenge today. I will do it tomorrow instead. Chris had me do the Spartacus Workout:

3 Rounds AMRAP
60sec sets of each exercise
1)Goblet Squats (1.5 pood)
2)Mountain Climbers
3)Single-Arm Dumbell Swing(1 pood)
4)T-Pushup (25lb dumbells)
5)Split Jumps
6)Bent Over Dumbell Rows(25 lb dumbells)
7)Side Lunge w/ 25 lb dumbells
8)Pushup Position Rows (25 lb dumbells)
9) Front Lunge with rotation (1 pood)
10) Push Press(25 lb Dumbells)
2 minutes rest between rounds
